The medium-sized manufacturer of wear parts for tillage and harvesting technology had a poor standing in the specialist trade for years. &#8220;Our readiness to deliver was below 75 percent. We often had something in stock that we didn&#8217;t need. And what we needed wasn&#8217;t there,&#8221; says Viktoria Hettich, who manages the order center. &#8220;This has annoyed many a customer.&#8221; Delivery readiness indicates how well a company can deliver immediately from stock when required.
