In the common interest of increasing earnings, divisional targets are set and consistently pursued. It&#8217;s just a shame that the objectives of the various divisions don&#8217;t always fit together well. Sometimes it&#8217;s like a team of top-class soccer players where everyone wants to score their own goal; &#8230;which only works if they &#8211; unconsciously &#8211; prevent their teammates from scoring their goals.
