Supply Chain - Quick Checks for quick answers

  • Excess stock analysis via E:S:A-Method

  • SELF-ASSESSMENT OF SCM MATURITY LEVEL

Uncover excess stock quickly and cost-effectively!

The E:S:A method relies on item master data and analyzes it based on statistical insights gained from many detailed inventory optimization projects and inventory simulations.

Excess Stock Assessment is a special method for easily identifying excess stock in companies. With the help of the E:S:A analysis we answer the following questions at short notice, even within hours if necessary:

  • How great is your inventory reduction potential?
  • How much liquidity can you gain within six months?
  • How much inventory can be reduced in the medium to long term?
  • How can your inventory reduction curve look like?
  • How can your annual yield improve?
  • How can your inventory range and inventory turnover look like in the future?

Differentiated evaluation of storage locations, storage levels and material groups

In 75 percent of companies, inventories can be reduced by at least 20 percent - that is our experience from over 20 years of inventory management. The figures from our regular studies on inventory management and product availability even show that the inventory reduction potential in companies is growing as the product variety increases.
