The E:S:A method relies on item master data and analyzes it based on statistical insights gained from many detailed inventory optimization projects and inventory simulations.
Excess Stock Assessment is a special method for easily identifying excess stock in companies. With the help of the E:S:A analysis we answer the following questions at short notice, even within hours if necessary:

The rate for a Excess Stock Assessment starts at £ 4.900,- plus VAT and depends on the scope and type of the analysis. You will receive a binding offer based on the scope of the analysis resulting from your specific requirements.
